Combined BS/MS in Biology
Qualified students may pursue the combined degree program to complete a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Master of Science in Biology within five years. The accelerated program allows students to complete some graduate credits as part of their undergraduate program.
BS/MS students enjoy all the benefits of both individual programs, including challenging courses, meaningful community interaction and hands-on research. Opportunities for professional experience abound, between research positions with the National Institutes of Health, internships at the Smithsonian Institution and laboratory projects in GW’s own renowned facilities.
